This week I have felt like I may be over training a bit. I did a 5k row on Monday. Then we did. A mile run and back squats on Wednesday. Tuesday I did a training run which just flat out sucked from start to finish. So today I am enjoying a rest day and some acupuncture. But there will definitely ve some reevaluation of the level of training. I think deloading next week.
